RHPC Privacy Policy

Radnor Hunt Pony Club (RHPC) is a volunteer-run youth equestrian club affiliated with The United States Pony Clubs, Inc. (USPC) in the Eastern Pennsylvania Region. We keep our data practices simple: we collect only the information you choose to give us, we use it only to run the club, and we never sell it or share it with anyone for marketing purposes.

We only collect information that you provide to us directly, such as:

  • Contact information — name, email address, and phone number when you sign up for club communications or contact us.
  • Event registration information — details you submit through our registration forms, such as rider and mount information, trainer or barn affiliation, and emergency contact details.

We do not use our website to track visitors, and we do not collect information about you from other sources.

  • Club communications — we use contact information you provide solely to send you communications from the club about our events and activities.
  • Event management — we use information submitted through registration forms solely to manage and organize our riding and social events (for example, building ride times, entry lists, and results).

That's it. We do not sell your information, rent it, trade it, or share it with third parties for advertising or marketing.

We use a small number of third-party services to run the club, such as our website host (Squarespace) and online registration and sign-up forms (e.g., JotForm, TeamSnap, and StridrPro). Information you submit through those services is also subject to their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. Some events may also require registration or waivers through USPC, whose privacy policy is available at ponyclub.org.

Pony Club is a youth organization, but our website and sign-up forms are intended for use by adults. We expect parents and legal guardians — not children — to sign up for communications and to complete event registration forms on behalf of riders. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 16 through this website.

If you believe a child under 16 has submitted personal information to us directly, please contact us and we will promptly remove it.

You may at any time ask us to update your information, stop sending you club communications, or delete the information you have provided. Just contact us at radnorhuntpc@gmail.com and we will take care of it.

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
